The only reason that this is listed as open box versus brand new, is that I opened it. This was a sealed box in its original packaging. As you can see as I go through the packaging, this was a new, never used unit. I hooked this into an amp and an antenna and had no problem finding radio stations. This comes with the owners manual, patch cord, 4 packages of meter lamps and an antenna. Very nice find.
